The ancient healing art of reflexology works specific pressure points in order to re-establish the blood flow of energy through the body. It focuses on giving a feeling of relief through the pressure points in the feet.

Add hot towel aromatherapy to your session! Choose from Ta’Yiani’s organic selection of lavender, eucalyptus, tea tree, peppermint, lemongrass, or orange essential oils.

Lavender - promotes relaxation and believed to treat anxiety, fungal infections, allergies, depression, insomnia, eczema, nausea, and menstrual cramps.

Eucalyptus - The invigorating scent of eucalyptus oil stimulates the senses. This not only helps refresh and re-energize the body, but also has a calming, soothing effect on the mind. It can also be used to reduce stress and mood disorders.

Tea Tree - It has been known to treat and help many sufferers of mood swings, panic attacks, manic episodes, anxiety and depression. Its aroma is relaxing and renewing for many psychiatric conditions, both acute and chronic.

Peppermint - peppermint oil is promoted for treating coughs and colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress.

Lemongrass - By calming the mind and relieving anxiety, lemongrass oil can have a sedative effect, improving quality of sleep.

Orange - The sweet-smelling aroma uplifts your mood and makes you feel better. The fresh scent is one of “Mother Nature's” most potent antidepressants in aromatherapy. The mood-enhancing smell of sweet orange eases stress and anxiety to leave you calm and in control!

Tayiani gave me the best massage ive had in very long time. She relieved a lot of muscle tension and I left with a huge sense of relief and calmness..I came in with neck muscle spasms and shoulder issues and her technique and deep tissue massage made all the difference. Very clean and nice environment. I recommend her to everyone! Will definitely be coming back.
